Shipping:
All orders are usually shipped within 2 working days max (except weekend days and legal French national holiday days). All shipment are made using La Poste. Accordingly we are not responsible of delivery time and/or consequences of strikes, and anything else causing an unexpected service delay. For shipment using colissimo suivi service (in France only), a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
For shipment outside France, all packages are sent by priority mail (aka by plane). Please note the delay can be up to 4-8 weeks. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from gaetanlaloge.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
